Experiments with a Hugo gallery theme.

I built this which is a hugo generated gallery from this theme:

Features:

• Responsive design
• Dark color scheme (can be set per page)
• Private albums
• Justified album views with Flickr’s Justified Layout
• Lightbox with PhotoSwipe
• SEO with Open Graph tags
• Automatic (or manual) selection of feature/cover images

Easy to set up and stuck it on a sub-domain for neatness.

I could do some more notes I suppose but it’s pretty much explained in the github repo.

It fits my no database and no social media ownership brief I suppose. I’m not bothered about promoting it as it’s my thing for friends and family and to learn some new tricks.

I’m in my happy space up here in my cabin with records going on and no people after a stupid few weeks. Yippee.
