For Pete’s Sake was a Monkees Tune which rolled on the end credits of the TV show. It was written by Peter Tork who was their Bass player and was the beginnings of their fight to write and play their own songs. The Monkees were a manufactured band but then again so were the Sex Pistols and it’s an old a story as time that at some point a Punk rebellion will happen.

No one knows much about The Drunkees but they got dispirited with the world of computers and digital work stations so adopted a manifesto of warts and all punk spontaneity on a dreary Bank Holiday Sunday somewhere in Hertfordshire. All recorded as it fell out, on a primitive multi-tracker with the ambition only to finish this horror as quickly as possible.

The Drunkees are Committed Users of Natural Transgressive Stupidity and no AI was used in this cacophony.
