Sic Alps were an American garage rock band from San Francisco, California. Formed in 2004 by Mike Donovan and Adam Stonehouse, they released music on Siltbreeze, Drag City, Woodsist and several other independent record labels.

I have music players in most rooms of the house - from a certain brand that you shout at to play you some music..

These are all routed to play shuffle from the BIG Plexamp library and that works nicely for me bu they all seem to have their own personality.

O.K. so I am quite fascinated by shuffle algorythms and how difficult it is is to make truly random things happen with a computer but Plexamp seems to have it’s own special salt when doing this which is quite different to Roon which I also have and quite like but it’s not quite as addictive as Plexamp’s Library radios.

Anyway I digress here from the rather great Sic Alps who blasted out of my bathroom jukebox and hits he spot with some lovely scuzzy garage rock.
